For a fixed price, the price you see is the price you pay

no matter how many faults your irons have

thermal fuse

We also check for electrical safety and also the operating temperature with a thermocouple to ensure

your irons operate the best they can this is all done at NO extra cost.

and send us your faulty straighteners

(only send straighteners, do not send box, heat mats, manuals etc)

they cannot be returned to you

 

Just wrap them in some bubble wrap

and place in a jiffy bag.

and post to the address at the bottom of this listing

not forgeting to add a note with your name,address

If your straighteners have damaged/cracked parts

then please contact us first for availability of parts.

broken bodies/scratched plates are not included in the repair cost

 

We repair ALL models !!

 

we operate a no-fix no-fee service

so if we cant fix your irons we will refund you in full*

*(does not apply to fake irons or those with cracked bodies, or those with superglue on them)

 

If you have used "superglue" on your irons, we will try and dismantle them for repair

however if we cannot dissmantle due to the superglue we will return your irons

and refund you less the same fees as stated for fake irons below

 

when sending irons please state your Ebay ID, so we

know who they are from, and give a brief description of fault(s)

 

if your irons need a new cable we will fit a black cable

 

return post to you is included in the price

however please note that Royal Mail only cover up to £43

in the event your irons go missing or are damaged in the post

we recomend that you select SPECIAL DELIVERY when

paying for your repair, as you will then be covered up to £500

in the event of damage or loss

 

All parts fitted come with 3 month return to base waranty

you will be responsable for postage costs on waranty claims

Limitation of liability. The Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods

 and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.
