Shipping Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. No orders will be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
Orders received with cleared payments by 1pm each shipping day will generally be dispatched the same shipping day, orders received after 1pm will be
dispatched the following shipping day.

Due to far too many items being lost when shipped to

but they never ever get returned to us when they do not get delivered, which costs us time and money sending
replacements and claiming back for lost items. When we do claim for lost items, we do not actually get the postage costs we incurred refunded
to us, so we end up making a loss, which we are no longer prepared to do. So please ensure if you require these shipped to Italy, that you select Royal Mail
International Signed For service and pay the appropriate fee, otherwise your order will not be sent.

Payments must be received within 7 Days of the sale date. If payment is not made within 7 days of the sale date, and no communication has been sent to us as to why
payment has not been made, a dispute will be opened with eBay for non-payment.
We do not charge our buyers extra for Paypal charges.
