Accepted Payment Methods:

Within the UK:

PayPal, Cheque or Postal Order.

Outside the UK:

PayPal is the only payment method we accept. To calculate the cost in your currency, add your order together (including shipping charges) then click HERE to convert to your currency (This will open a new window with a currency converter)

Postage & Packing Details:

• The Postage & Packing cost (shipping) covers the cost of stamps, packaging materials and a small handling charge. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or courier. Your order may be dispatched by a tracked method (recorded delivery, Special Delivery or Courier) so please ensure someone will be present to sign for your purchase. Likewise not all orders will fit through a letterbox so someone will need to be present when your purchase arrives or you may have to collect your item from your local delivery office.
  
  
• Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment but more often than not within 24 hours. Please check our dispatch barometer for current delivery times. Please note cheque's (UK) take 5 working days to clear and therefore there will be a delay before despatch.
  
  
• You will be notified as soon as your order is packed and ready for despatch and in the case of Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or International Signed For we will let you know the tracking/receipt number once your order has been dispatched.

Combined Postage & Packing Discounts:

• We offer combined postage and packing discounts for multiple purchases provided there is no more than a 5 day gap between the first and last item purchased.
  
  
• Once you have completed your purchases please notify us so we can send you an updated invoice with the applied discount before paying.
  
  
• If you purchase and pay for items individually we cannot offer a discount. A discount can only be applied before payment.

Lighters cannot be dispatched overseas via Air Mail due to Airline hold safety restrictions. This means we can only dispatch your order via SURFACE MAIL which can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. If you have purchased a lighter for overseas dispatch we will give you the option of accepting surface mail or canceling your order.

Feedback will left automatically upon receipt of your feedback i.e. when the transaction has been fully completed and you are happy with your purchase.
