Please note that our post and packing charges reflect the actual cost to us, 66p for large letter delivery through royal mail 1st class service, 10p for the board backed envelope and 4p for the grip seal air tight bag to keep the topper in its best condition. Recorded delivery is charged for at 75p extra from the post office. We make no profit on our postal charges and believe it is only fair to be honest and transparent with out customers about this.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Toppers will not be posted until we have either received a message (name) to go on the topper, or confirmation that one isn't required (i.e. you want it left blank).

Personalised/Perishable goods CAN NOT be returned for a refund under the Distance Selling Regulations once they have been shipped, so if you want to cancel you need to contact me before 2pm.

Items are posted using 1st class mail unless otherwise selected.  THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE. In the event of an item not arriving we have to wait for 15 days to officially class the item as lost before we can sort a resolution for you.  This is Royal Mail policy and we have to abide by that.  Therefore, if you need an item within that time frame we strongly recommend you use Express Delivery which is guaranteed next day delivery. Recorded delivery is no faster than 1st class and is also not a guaranteed service but may offer some assurance (in the event of non delivery however we still have to wait for the 15 days).
ITEMS THAT ARRIVE AFTER THE PARTY (due to Royal Mail) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
