Sending Artwork
Its Really easy!
Once you have made a purchase, all you have to do is send your photo / message to us.
You can do so in either of the following ways:
1. Attached in an Email to pprinting1@gmail.com
2. Via the 'Notes to seller' or Message us when paying via Pay Pal (Text Only)
Or
3. Via Post (Contact us for address)
We have scanning capabilities so you can send photographs, pictures or artwork (to a maximum size of A4)
You can also send artwork to us on a CD. We will do the rest.
We can return all photographs / discs with your order although we take no responsibility for loss or damage to us in the post
All of our Products are skilfully printed in the UK to the highest quality.
Postage Details & Payment Options
Delivery is regularly within 1 week of receiving payment, and often before that.
If your order is urgent, we suggest you please let us know. We will be able to tell you if we can get your order delivered in time.

Quantities of 6 Mugs or more will come in a single box with cardboard dividers
Returns Policy Any Mugs with Physical Defects will be replaced.
