Description
This boat was built as a lined sailaway by Blue Water Boats at the end of 2011. We have been living aboard for 2 years whilst fitting the boat out.
The boat features:
Rear deck (8ft long). Including plenty of lockers/storage space, and enough room to seat 6+ people comfortably. Left hand steering position featuring Hydraulic steering.
Cloak Room (3ft), an open utility space including, access to all the boats control panels.
2nd Bedroom (10ft), large cabin with fitted cupboard/wardrobe space.
Galley/Salon (24ft), Large open plan space including 6ft roof dog box and hatches.
Bathroom (7ft), featuring fitted utility cupboard and a quadrent shower, macerator toilet and sink.

The Boat is currently moored in the small 18 berth Stratford-Upon-Avon Marina. There is potential to maintain the current mooring under separate negotiation with the landlord. In it's current mooring it can be described as a luxury riverside apartment in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, with parking, electric hook up, phone line, high speed broadband, water, pumpout, chandlery, cafe, shower and washroom facilities.
