• Winning bidders must contact Premier Animation within 48 hours of the auction end
• Payment must be received within seven days of the auction end, unless arrangements have been made with us prior to the auction closing, otherwise a non paying bidder complaint will be filed
• Please be responsible with your bidding. Non paying or ‘silent’ bidders will be reported to Ebay for subsequent warning or suspension and will also be left appropriate feedback
• New Ebayers with zero feedback please contact us prior to bidding, to confirm you will be placing a valid bid
• We reserve the right to cancel this auction, and to retract any bids for any given reason. You have the duration of the auction to ask all necessary questions
• By bidding on this item you are entering into a binding contract
• All images and characters are copyright of their respective studio, syndicate, artist or publisher
• The prices set out on Premier Animations auctions are inclusive of any VAT, if and where applicable
• You, the buyer, are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which may apply in the country to which the products are delivered

SHIPPING TERMS

• Premier Animation ship items worldwide to all countries and continents
• Multiple wins will be combined to reduce shipping costs wherever possible with like for like sized pieces. For example, if you win one item or five items of the same size, postage will be just an extra £0.25 per item due to the additional weight.
• Buyer pays for all shipping and packaging which are at cost. Postage does not just include the price of a stamp, it includes all packaging, handling and protective materials that ensure your item arrives safely in the same condition as when it was shipped, as well as VAT were applicable
• Additional costs apply for special delivery, registered airmail and any other additional 'signed' for services
• All shipping costs are outlined in the auction, including additional signed for services.
• Premier Animation is not responsible for uninsured items

• An invoice will be emailed to the high bidder after the auction has closed
• Paypal is our preferred payment method, as it is the quickest, easiest and most secure form of payment
