This Villa is situated in Fortuna in the region of Murcia and is a fantastic place to enjoy a quiet break at any time of the year.  It is approximately a 45 minute drive from either Alicante or Murcia airport and and has 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms.   It also has an outside patio area, Bar B.Q and private Pool.  There are also 2 large terraces from each end of the master bedroom which have superb panoramic views over the countryside and surrounding areas. The lounge has a superb log burning fireplace. Air Conditioning units are fitted in the lounge and master bedroom.

The garden benefits from a private 7 x 3 metre swimming pool with shower area.

The property is situated 5 minutes drive to the nearest Town of Fortuna which has a large market held each Saturday and a 10 minute walk to the famous Roman Spa Baths (Banos de Fortuna) which have an all round temperature of 36 degrees. It is a 10 minute drive to the large shopping centre of Neuva Condominia and approximately 15 minutes to the City of Murcia. There are several restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.  The region of Murcia boasts the accolade of having the second best climate in the world, averaging 320 days of sunshine per year.  It is a 40 minute drive from both Guardamar and La Zenia Beaches.  The modern Kitchen includes all the usual amenities.  All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and the rental includes all bedding & towels. 

There is a medical Centre open 24 hours only 1km for any emergencies (Don’t forget to bring your E11 cards with you).

Rental must be paid in full 30 days before arrival and an additional £150 deposit should be paid to cover any breakages, damage.  This will be refunded in full upon inspection of the villa after you vacate.
