Vintage Foley China trio consisting of tea plate, cup and saucer manufactured by E. Brain & Co. Ltd of Fenton, Staffordshire, England in 'Ming Rose' pattern (number V2500), dating from the 1950s or early 1960s. The plate has a printed mark for 'Lawley's' department store of Oxford Street, London.
The plate is 16 cm (6 1/4 inches) diameter
The cup is 9.5 cm (3 3/4 inches) diameter at the top and 5.5 cm (2 1/4 inches) deep
The saucer is 14 cm (5 1/4 inches) diameter
Very good condition with no chips or cracks, there is light crazing to the plate and light wear to the gilding
