UK Shipping & Handling - UK
shipping is free of charge. International Shipping is charged at £3.00
per item les than 0.5kg and £1 per 0.5 kilo thereafter.

Single auction bidders: Please pay by paypal for instant payment transfer.
- Delivery Timescale:
For products ordered on Monday, despatch time will be on Tuesday, for
products ordered between Tuesday-Thursday products will be despatched
same day and products ordered between Friday- Saturday, products will
be despatched on Monday. All UK shipments are made via Royal Mail
Postal Service either by First Class Mail with delivery confirmation,
depending on the types of products purchased. A majority of our orders
will be picked up by Royal Mail from our automated warehouse within 2
business days (Monday - Friday). For First Class Mail, please allow 2-4
business days for your order to arrive.
- We
only ship to the shipping address that you provided during the eBay
checkout process. We are not responsible for any wrong or invalid
shipping address.
- All products include 15%-17.5% VAT payable.
- Customer
Service: All emails sent to us through eBay, will be responded directly
to the Email Address you have registered with eBay. All emails will be
responded to within 1-3 working days. If you do not see our response
then please email us with your phone number and we will call you.

- We
stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your
purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product
price less Shipping & Handling Fee within 30 days of your purchase
via parcel post (Royal Mail).
- For
any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the
purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original
condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all the
accessories.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- We will provide the customer with a returns label should this be necessary.
- It may take up to 10 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
