A twin bladed Facom Electrician's knife.
This knife was made by Facom Tools, France. It has two fold-out blades, one blade is stamped 'Facom'. The handle is likely Rosewood and is riveted
Facom is a leading edge tool maker in home and specialist tools. In 2005 Facom was sold to Stanley Tools.The blades are very sharp stamped 'Falcon France'.
There is also a '3 'stamped on the blade but I don't know if there was anything stamped before it.
The weight is 3.4 ounces.The knife measures 4" for the wood handle and 3 1/4" long and 7/8" wide at the widest point on the blades.
