Refunds:
Warranty and Return Policy:
• We offer a 12 Month warranty on all of our products.
• All requested refund would be issued within 14 days of the completed sale and the item should be returned to us with its original package at the expense of the customer.
• All faulty products: customers need to contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and once confirmed the product is faulty; a replacement will be sent out ASAP with us bearing the cost.
• Damaged product: We check every single item before it gets packaged to make sure that there is NO damage to the item. However, if the product is damaged during transit, customers need to contact us and a relevant claim will be filed accordingly.
• All returned products: customers need to put their full name, address and return reason in writing with the return product.
