Your order is an offer to buy from Hive. After you have placed your order we will send you an email to let you know whether you will be transacting with either Hive or GFL for the particular product. If you would like to cancel your order at this stage you are free to do so in accordance with our cancellation policy. Goods sold by GFL by way of personal import are sold under the Low Value Consignment Relief scheme and should not be subject to customs duties when you import them from Guernsey to the UK. They can only be dispatched to UK & Channel Islands. Ownership and risk in the goods will transfer to you when the goods are dispatched from Guernsey on your behalf by GFL.
