We send out all our items via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery.

1st class recorded for just £1.99
We dispatch your item/s within 3 working days of purchase and it should arrive to you 4 to 5 working days later, sometimes even Quicker ! Royal Mail permitting!!!
we only mark as dispacted when the item has left and never before. we always have a proof of posting or if you have upgraded to recorded we will have a tracking number.
Please may we stress that sometimes Royal Mail can loose items.
( I know hard to believe) If this does happen please contact us straight away, first you will need to visit your local Post Office collection point it is normally there. The post man does not always leave you a calling card.
Please be aware that the post office do not consider any parcel lost untill 15 days after it was due to arrive. We will do our upmost to correct this. Please remember we do not deliver the items - The Royal Mail do, this is not an excuse but a fact.

Any parcel under 2kg going to a UK address with a UK postcode will recieve free postage via The Royal Mail.
If your Item is over 2 Kilo's we will send your item out via APC next day delivery fridays for monday (excluding Saturdays & sunday)
We will send a Dispatch Notification once the item/s have left our premises and an email with the tracking number.

Products can be returned to Loose Aquatics if un-damaged and non faulty for a full refund up to 7 days from date of delivery. Loose Aquatics must be notified prior to the return of any goods and all goods must be shipped in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. All products are returned to Loose Aquatics are at cost to the Customer and at the Customer’s risk so please send recorded. A refund will be given once the product has been returned to Loose Aquatics refund will be less our original postage costs

If your item should be damaged on delivery PLEASE contact us straight away via email sue@realgigs.co.uk via a question or ring on 07721437871 we will sort this out for you in the best and quickest way that we can. If the item is faulty then again please contact us as soon as posible so that we can sort out the return and send you a replacement item. if you would rather have a refund at this point we can not issue a refund untill the item is back with us, once it is returned a refund will be issued. notification of damaged or faulty goods must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery. Faulty products under guarantee must be notified to us before you return the item to us at the customers cost. Please keep your original proof of purchase paperwork that came with your purchase. A replacement will be sent out once the item has been received by Loose Aquatics and inspected, we will only refund if we can no longer supply you with a replacement.
