Payment Information
To pay for your goods, please use the eBay checkout, by pressing the 'Pay Now' button at the top of this page.

Payment can only be made by PayPal. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. Payment on 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by a VAT invoice. Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate. Clubcard points are not collectable or redeemable on purchases from Tesco Outlet.

If the item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal prior to placing your order. We will only ship to your registered PayPal address. In the event that your order has already been placed, please contact our customer service team who will refund the order to allow you to update the address details in PayPal and resubmit your order.

Delivery Information

Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Most items will be sent out the next day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. Parcel Force deliveries MUST be signed for. Please note; Parcel Force deliver Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of when your item will be redelivered or where you should go to collect it.

Warranty
At Tesco Outlet you can purchase new and refurbished items. All items are sold with a 12 month Tesco Outlet Warranty. The new items are products that were previously available through Tesco stores or Tesco Direct but have now been discontinued. They come complete with all the necessary parts and accessories and are still in their original packaging. In some instances the packaging may be damaged, but don't let that put you off! The product inside will be pristine.

The refurbished items are customer returns. A large proportion of these items have never been used. They might, for example, be unwanted gifts or products customers have simply changed their mind about, which have then been returned to us. They have been checked, inspected, repaired (if necessary), graded and reboxed complete with all accessories. All refurbished items will be clearly marked in the description.

These offer excellent value for money along with the reassurance that they are supported by a full 12 month Tesco Outlet Warranty.

As Tesco stores do not sell the same product range as Tesco Outlet, items purchased from Tesco Outlet cannot be returned in our stores

Returns
If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the link in "my eBay" within 10 days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:

• Items which cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped (such as earrings, body jewellery & personal grooming products).
• We may restrict the exchange of CD?s, DVD?s and computer software to the same title.

Faulty items
If your item develops a fault please notify us at TheTeam@Tesco-Outlet.co.uk.

If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to the Tesco Outlet team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If the fault develops after 28 days but within the 12 month warranty period please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Tesco Outlet team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.

Returned items may take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment if collection is arrange by Tesco Outlet. Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.

Our stores and helplines are not able to assist with Tesco Outlet queries but our dedicated Tesco Outlet team have been specially trained to assist with any enquiries you may have.

Our 'Brand New' items are as the title suggests, 'Brand New'. Retail boxed and unopened, however they are end of line or are discontinued stock. These items offer excellent value for money, as they're Brand New, with the reassurance that they are supported by a full 12 month Tesco Outlet warranty.
