1. This voucher entitles the holder and up to 3 guests to a return cruise to Santander

aboard a scheduled Brittany Ferries departure. All departures, will be either from

Plymouth or Portsmouth and may return to the opposite UK port of departure,

dependant on schedule. Cabin accommodation with en-suite facilities is provided

at the appropriate supplements. This offer excludes all sailings on the

M/V 'Cap Finistere'.

2. Payment is by credit or debit card only and credit cards are subject to a service

charge detailed at the time of booking. Bookings may be amended for a charge of

£25.00. Tickets will not be re-issued. Promotional fares are subject to limited and

defined duration/s and are only valid providing both the outward and return

journeys are completed as specified on the ticket.

3. All bookings are subject to promotional availability and to Brittany Ferries Yield

Management controls. Brittany Ferries full terms and conditions apply.

4. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to disembark and re-embark in

accordance with sailing schedules and/or Brittany Ferries instructions.

5. All bookings will be subject to the charges shown in our table and these charges

are per person.

6. Fares are valid as for travel as described and shown on your ticket. If either

portion is not used or travel is not as booked, then the applicable single or return

fare shall apply and the difference collect from the debit/credit card used for the

original payment.

7. All passengers must have Personal Travel Insurance, and visas where applicable

for non EU citizens. Brittany Ferries Personal Insurance will be arranged and

charged for unless details of alternative cover of an equal level are produced at

the time of booking. You may be required to produce your details of cover at

check in.

8. All details and prices are correct at time of print but may be subject to change

without notice. All departure and arrival points are subject to confirmed

Brittany Ferries schedules and may be changed without notice. Costs will only be

confirmed at time of booking. Ships and descriptions are subject to change and

will only be confirmed at the time of booking or departure and subject to change

without notice.

9. This voucher is valid for travel up to end of March 2013, and all travel must be

completed by this date. It is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for any other

holiday, SOLD ON OR AUCTIONED OFF and no part of it may be

reproduced, broadcast or enter the public domain in any format whatsoever

without prior written authorisation of Headline Promotions Ltd. Any breaches of

this term may result in legal action being taken against offenders and vouchers

suspected of sale will be refused.

At the time of booking, and in line with Department of Transport Passenger

Regulations, you will be required to provide full details of all passengers travelling and

this will include; Surname, Initials, Gender and whether the passenger is an Adult,

Child 4-15yrs or Infant under 4yrs. You will also be required to inform of any ‘Special

Needs’ i.e. sight or hearing impaired, walking difficulties, wheel-chair bound etc.

Bookings will not be accepted without this information.
