Depicts three cherubs holding a vase wrapped in leaves.
The Manufacture Sitzendorfer Porzellanmanufaktur Wilhelm Liebmann was founded in 1850. A large part of the manufactory was destroyed in an explosion in 1858. It was rebuilt by Liebmann with the help of his business partner Wilhelm Ortel.
In 1884 Alfred and Carl Wilhelm Voigt bought the factory and in 1890 a branch was established in Unterweisbach. In 1896 the company was transformed into a joint stock company.
Financial problems caused by the First World War and the ensuing global financial crisis forced the factory to close its Unterweisbach branch in 1928. Four years later the financial situation improved thanks to the efforts of Reinhold Rebhahn and Max Krausse. The new owners named the factory Sitzendorfer Porzellanmanufaktur A.G..
During World War II, production of the factory concentrated on military products. In 1958 the East German government started to influence the management of the factory. In 1972 the factory was nationalised.
In 1990 the Sietzendorf factory was privatised. In 2012, production was completely stopped.
