Full setup and demonstration delivery method may take up to 10 working days depending on location but is normally within 1 week.
Offering a classic design and supreme comfort, the Oxford is available in a rich Hazelnut PU and a deep Chocolate fabric. Featuring an easy to use rise and recline mechanism and supporting head rest, the Oxford has been designed with relaxation and ease of use as a priority.

To purchase an item from FENETIC WELLBEING at the exclusive price you must provide us with a specific medical condition or long-term illness that the user suffers from. Chairs will be delivered via a well know courier and it is their responsibility to get the chair to the house door. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange getting the chair inside and setup. All our chairs come in 2 pieces to make them easier to get through doors, and they can be put together and setup within 10 minutes without the need for tools. We do strongly advise an able bodied person is at the delivery address on the agreed delivery day as the base part of the chairs are heavy.
We will contact you to agree a suitable delivery day. Saturday delivery can be arranged for £20, otherwise standard delivery window is usually between 9am and 6pm Monday - Friday. There will be delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands so please get in touch by calling 0800 5677618 or 01535 281430.
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed and payment clearing. In most cases it is much quicker than this. We will mark the item as despatched in ebay which should send you a confirmation in your ebay messages. If you require express delivery you can pick that option during checkout for a small extra charge, if the item does not have the express option please call 0800 5677618 and we can arrange it for you.
Exchange and Returns Policy
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, The Fenetic Trading Company Ltd gives customers a 7 day time period in which orders can be returned after the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, if you require to return/exchange the product(s) you will be personally responsible for return delivery incurring any delivery cost. We do recommend that you pay for a signed delivery for your protection.

Any returned product(s) must be unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging.
The Fenetic Trading Company Ltd reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to The Fenetic Trading Company Ltd. All orders that are returned will be subject to a 15% administration and handling charge unless otherwise agreed with a member of our Customer Care Team.
