There is one payment option: Bank transfer. Under Bulgarian law purchases over a certain amount may no longer be paid in cash, only direct bank transfer or cash into a bank account. Proof of payment is now required by all notaries. We cant / wont under-declare.

The apartment is guaranteed completely debt free and 100% freehold to the winning bidder.
