Deliveries within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post, this service does not include any tracking information.

Deliveries from the UK to overseas are sent via Royal Mail Airmail, once in the destination country these orders are sent using that particular countries standard mail service. There is no tracking information supplied with this service.

We currently only accept PayPal for any payments taken. If you would like to cancel your order please email to let us know, most orders are usually sent within 24 hours of ordering, if your order has already been dispatched you must pay the cost of returning the item back to us.

All items sent out are brand new, we always try to make sure all items we send are in excellent condition but sometimes there may be issues with the item we are not aware of so before leaving feedback please email us so that we can rectify the problem.

There may be issues with cover images on the book, sometimes the publisher may change the cover image on a book which may differ to the one displayed on our listing.

Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from purchase date.
In order to return an item you must contact us by email to request the return, return shipping must be paid by buyer unless certain circumstances apply, please email for more details.

Under "Distance Selling Regulations" it states that phone calls are not a durable medium for requesting a cancellation. To abide by this we only accept communication in writing, this is either by letter or by email.
