Please read the whole terms and conditions before placing a order! Sorry to all the genuine Ebayer`s out there but unfortunately there is a increasing number of people with no common sense what so ever purchasing items from me so I have had to fully update every listing to include these terms and conditions.

To avoid needless mistakes please make sure you have a understanding of what you are buying and what the parts for your vehicle/model looks like before purchasing. DO NOT assume/guess parts will fit your vehicle/model/engine code if not written on the listing. If you are in ANY DOUBT then please do not purchase! And have the common courtesy to contact me and ask BEFORE purchasing. I have access to the national vehicle database and would be happy to help if you contact me with the parts you require and your vehicle details plus registration number.

Listing pictures for new items should not be used for reference – I cannot guarantee the parts shown in the picture will be the exact parts you will receive in the gasket set. I have tried to use the most updated pictures from my supplier but items especially gasket sets are always changing and being revised. Cardboard backing pads, labels, graphics and general packaging could differ from any pictures shown.

Most often than not the following will contain:

Head gasket sets – Head gasket, inlet + exhaust gaskets, rocker cover gasket, valve stem seals + various smaller paper gaskets/rubber o-rings.

Bottom end conversion sets – Sump gasket (if used), waterpump gasket/o-ring, oil pump gasket, oil strainer gasket + various other smaller paper gaskets/rubber o-rings.

Head bolts – Enough Head bolts to fit a complete cylinder head. In a case of a V6 or V8 engine enough for both heads will be supplied.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY POLICY:

New vehicle parts - Paypal only for delivery. No collections

Used vehicle parts – Paypal for delivery or Cash/Debit or Credit Card on collection

Repair services (vehicles or cylinder heads) - Cash/Debit or Credit Card on collection

Vehicles - Cash/Debit or Credit Card on collection

Items are dispatched within 3 working days, total delivery time will vary depending on which postage option has been chosen. Normally new items are sent out same day (if ordered before 1pm) or following working day direct from my supplier.

Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail 24hr business post or 1st class larger items will be sent via courier like ParcelForce, UPS or Fed-Ex and will require a signature on delivery. Please do not contact me asking if I can leave a expensive orders without a signature in the porch, carport, front garden etc I`ve had too many items go missing.

Any items that are heavy or bulky ie engines or gearboxs are collection only! Please do not purchase and contact me asking if I can palletize the items and purchase via Paypal. I am happy to arrange a suitable collection date/time during weekdays including evenings as I understand some people cannot collect during the day. Weekend collections are by prior arrangement only as I am not always available.

RETURNS:

Any unwanted return items (new parts) must be sent back in unopened/unused condition by recorded (tracked) delivery to the address stated on the Ebay returns page, return delivery is at buyers expense complete with all original packaging within 14 working days along with a returns note. A 20% restocking fee will also apply to any returns.

Original P&P costs are non-refundable. This also includes any items that included free P&P, the original postage price will be taken out of the final price.

Items that have been clearly opened, used or missing security marks will be rejected, pictures will be taken for reference to any Paypal cases as proof.

Any parts sold as used/2nd hand can only be returned if faulty within 14 days.

Special order items or electrical parts cannot be returned if they have been opened/fitted due to the electrical nature. Please consult your auto electrician before purchasing any electrical parts. 

WARRANTY:

All new parts come with 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever is sooner) warranty. Should any parts fail within this time they will need to be remove and returned to me so I can send them back to the manufacturer for physical inspection and a full report. The manufacture`s report will determine whether the part failed due to incorrect installation, improper use/maintenance or manufacturing defect. If the part failed due to manufacturing defect it will be replaced like for like free of charge. I am not liable for any labour charges associated with the original fitting or removal of the part for inspection. No claim can be made against me for loss of earnings, inconvenience or any other incurred expenses.

Repaired cylinder heads come with 6 months/6000 miles (whichever is sooner) warranty. Again any cylinder heads deemed faulty will need to be returned for a inspection report. If faulty you will be given a option of repair, replacement or refund. Again I am not liable for any labour charges associated with the original fitting or removal of the part for inspection. No claim can be made against me for loss of earnings, inconvenience or any other incurred expenses.

All new parts sold via my Ebay and other online stores are `fit of purpose`, they are sourced from leading O.E or O.E.M manufacturers via my supplier and are for professional trade use. The chances of a manufacturing fault/error are very low. Please do not assume items are faulty if problems are encountered. 99.9% of problems are due to fitting/outside errors. Although I run my own workshop and use a lot of the parts listed on my stores on my own customers vehicles I do not give fitting advice so please do not contact me asking. Any items sold via the stores must be fitted by a qualified, competent and experienced mechanic/garage with the correct tools for the job, following any fitting instructions (where supplied in packaging).

I cannot stop DIY mechanics purchasing the items listed but if you are a customer with little or no mechanical qualifications, correct tools or knowledge that is trying to save money by repairing your vehicle yourself, please purchase elsewhere as any warranty claims from DIY mechanics will be rejected straight away.
