Welcome to Villa Charlotte

The stunning Villa Charlotte is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury detached and family friendly villa situated in the established and exclusive area of Playa Blanca. This elevated, beautiful and tranquil setting has wonderful sea views to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. It is 15 minutes walk from Playa Flamingo with its bars and restaurants and a 5 minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca.

Within this large 1154 square metre, 1/3 acre plot, is probably one of the islands largest and uniquely designed private swimming pools. In the 100sq metre pool there is a child's paddling area, Roman steps and Badu swim jet. It is also fully electrically and solar heated. It has bridges running across the pool and we have installed the latest halogen lights to give a wonderful ambiance when sitting outside in the evening at the lava rock table where you can sip your favourite tipple. There are 8 sun beds and an outside shower with hot and cold running water and security lighting. Leading from the barbeque and covered seating area is an entrance Atrium where there is a pool table.

This large, spacious and extensive villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have super king size beds and one which has twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with en-suite facilities to the master bedroom which has patio doors leading to the pool. Air conditioning is available to the master bedroom. There is wireless broadband available. Villa Charlotte is all on one level and is wheel chair friendly.

The Annexe is self-contained with kitchenette, sitting area, shower room, twin beds and TV, ideal for the grandparents or teenagers. Please note the annexe can only be rented out when there are 6 guests occupying the main villa. The annexe is charged as 2 guests. The annexe makes up the 4^th bedroom.

 

The large lounge has two luxurious Italian Leather settees and a 42" plasma television with a full Sky package including Sky sports; movies and Sky plus which will record live TV. There is also a recordable DVD player and stereo system with iPod connection. There is a high chair and travel cot available.

The fully fitted modern, separate kitchen and utility room has all the mod cons including a washing machine, tumble dryer, micro wave, oven, ceramic hob, iron and ironing board, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and much more.

 

Bed linen and towels are provided and the villa is cleaned inside and out prior to your visit.There room fans, hairdryers and a safe.

The mature and private gardens boast a host of indigenous plants, trees and cacti contained within a beautiful lava rock wall. At the side and rear of the villa is a forest of mimosa trees where you can sit quietly and reflect in dappled shade.

The villa also has off road parking for 4 cars and has remote controlled electric gates to keep the little ones safe and secure.

The lovely beach of Playa Flamingo is only 15 minutes walk away with its variety of beachfront bars and restaurants; there is a supermarket and taxi rank within a 5-minute walk.

 

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families. There are 2 golf courses one which is 20 minutes drive.
