Here we have for sale a pair of lovely bisque piano babies which measures approx 4 1/2" tall for the baby sat down and 3 1/2" tall by 5 1/2" long for the baby lied down. The condition of the figures is good but we do have some damage to the baby that is sat down. (The item will be sent recorded) delivery).

I'm happy to accept returns on items listed as such (excludes items sold as spares/repair or are obviously described as restoration). I make every effort to test and check all items sold as best as I can.

POSTAGE

I use Royal Mail for postage (but you're welcome to arrange your own courier service if you prefer) & add £0.75 to all postage (including combination posting) to cover packaging and costs. I REFUND EXCESS POSTAGE IF APPLICABLE. If you need tracked/insured services, please let me know & I'll do everything I can to accomodate your requests. I ALWAYS combine postage!

POSTAGE TERMS

We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, except where you specify TRACKED/INSURED postage when paying for your items & postage.

In the event that you do not choose TRACKED/INSURED postage, we will provide you with proof of postage, and it will be YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to arrange a claim via the post office.

Ebay say we shouldn't have conditions on our listings, but as a business we have to, so if you aren't sure about any of our conditions of auction then please do not take part in the auction.

ALL NON UK post should be tracked, failure to choose a tracked service means all liability for loss or damage will pass to the buyer. Overseas bidders if you are unwilling to pay for the extra cost of a tracked service, please bear this in mind.

We recommend that any item that sells for more than £40 SHOULD be posted by a tracked and/or insured service, and this cost will be offered on your invoice upon completion of the auction. If you do not choose a tracked/insured service, all liability for the item above £40 will pass to you the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note, we send by Royal Mail. In some circumstances with large items, this can be expensive. Please be aware BEFORE taking part in the auction, as all bids remain binding, and you should satisfy yourself of the postage costs before bidding.

All our shipping costs include paypal charges, travel and wrapping costs, and we believe this is fair
We will always ship our items securely and sensibly wrapped
We cannot guarantee pottery or glass against breakages during transit. We recommend you choose an appropriate postal service for such items - this can be completed upon purchase
Payment by paypal or cash on delivery. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements had been made. If payment is not received within 7 days a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) warning will be filed with eBay. A negative feedback will be left if the buyer does not answer the NPB warning within 10 days. I am a reasonable person and as long as the communication channels are open and clear, I have no problems accomodating special circumstances.

Returns. Please contact us with the item number, and a description of the nature of the problem, and we will if appropriate, arrange for the return of your payment upon receipt of the goods. 7 day limit from date of receiving the goods.
