The property is in a hamlet, one mile from the village of Biennac. The house postcode is 87600. It is a five minute drive to the chateau town of Rochechuart. The town has a supermarket, shops, boulangeries, cafes and restaurants.
It is 15 minutes from St Junien, a lovely town with a great outdoor swimming complex and many more supermarkets and shops.

Payment for the property needs to be by cash/bank transfer and as per the law/common practice in France, all notaire (solicitor) costs of the house sale are the responsibility of the purchaser.
