Payment should be made using paypal and following the eBay checkout procedure. Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address when paying as WE CANNOT CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESSES LATER.If for any reason you cannot pay by paypal please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange payment by credit/debit card or by BACS.
We regret we cannot accept cheques, postal orders, cash on collection or any other method of payment without prior arrangement.
We aim to get every live insect order in the post the very same day when you pay for it by 12 noon. We send all orders in line with Royal Mail live insect policy and our figures show that 95% of orders arrive next day, but please review all the delivery options and select express delivery if the order is urgent, if you require tracking or at peak times.Our postal days are Monday-Friday (please note that courier orders can't be sent on a Friday as deliveries are not made at the weekend)
All delivery services can be affected at peak times (e.g. around Christmas or other public holidays) or in circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes or adverse weather). .

In the rare event that an order is delayed please allow 4 postal days and check with your local sorting office as we cannot investigate before this time.
Delivery charges are only valid to the address used on paypal and orders that cannot be sent by normal Royal Mail for any reason (e.g. size, weight or value) may not be possible to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or any non mainland UK destination.

Our specialist live foods facility has over 20 years experience in breeding, packing and posting live insects so you can be sure your order is in safe hands.We are very fair and upfront with all our policies so you can rest assured you are never left in a situation where you are unsure whether problems are covered or not.
