SHIPPING:

We  aim to ship within 24 hours of receipt of a cleared payment - orders received/paid for on a Friday & over the weekend/public holiday will usually be shipped the following  Monday (Tuesday, when Monday is a Public Holiday).  All items are very carefully and professionally packed and shipped UK & Worldwide using UK Royal Mail and must be paid in full (& payment cleared) prior to dispatch. As our post is collected from us in bulk by the Royal Mail we are unable to offer proof of postage !!! Tracking number is available only if the client purchase Recorded or Special delivery service form the postal options available for each listing.

Please note that the delivery within UK takes from 2 to 3 days for delivery. Optionally you can purchase a Special next day delivery and you will receive your item the next day until 1pm Guaranteed. Items arrive usually up to 10 days for the rest of the world, but please note that delivery is up to Royal Mail.

Multiple lots can be posted together to save on costs (where relevant) but if making a multi-item purchase, please wait for a combined invoice, with the appropriately discounted shipping, before paying.  Only items paid for together, as one order, qualify for discounted shipping rates.

International/Worldwide Shipping: 
Items being shipped to an overseas address are posted Airmail.  
Please note: the price we quote for shipping to destinations outside the UK includes the postage & packing cost only.  Any local tax or customs duties remain the responsibility of the buyer.   
All shipping to destinations outside the UK is at the buyers own risk. Please use Recorded service option if you wish to use traceable service.

Collection: 
Our warehouse is not open to the public; we therefore regret that personal collection of items is not possible.

RETURN POLICY:

We believe that no description can compare to the personal touch and feeling! 

We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. 
These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. 
Price of postage does not just include P&P, this includes the packaging material. I will accept returns if you are not 100% happy with your items but I will only offer a refund on the actual price of the item and NOT the postage and packaging charges that are 0.89 p.  You will also have to pay to return the item yourself. 

Returns for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. 
Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made without P&P charges of 0.89 p. 

Faulty Goods 
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received will be replaced. 
Please contact us through eBay communications. 

P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is NOT chargeable.
