Your supplied information is then sent to the LG on-line remote server that generates your unique unlock code

Your unlock information is then received back to you along with instructions on how to enter your code.

The generated code is unique to your LG handset

PLEASE NOTE

Some S310 handsets locked to the TESCO network are returning "UNSUPPORTED IMEI" results from the server

When this happens I am unable to supply the unlock information

Some handsets locked to VIRGIN may not be unlocked using the code entry method (Especially KP500/501 handsets)

To check if your KP500/501 can be unlocked using codes do the following.

With a Virgin sim in the phone, turn it on and type 2945#*71001#

Select Unlock USIM, then select Network Lock

If the NETWORK lock states "not available" when tapped it is likely your phone can not be unlocked by code.

Please check this BEFORE purchasing as refunds for codes provided will NOT be given if you are unable to enter them

THE SERVER CAN SOMETIMES RETURN THE RESPONSE "UNSUPPORTED-IMEI" - WHERE THIS HAPPENS I RE-SUBMIT THE IMEI FOR VERIFICATION

IF IT AGAIN RETURNS THE SAME MESSAGE IT INDICATES THAT AT THIS TIME IT IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE UNLOCK CODE AS THE PHONES IMEI

IS NOT IN THE DATABASE - WHEN THIS HAPPENS YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED WITH A FULL EXPLANATION

(This can sometimes happen if you have supplied an in-correct IMEI as it is not recognised as an LG registered product)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ? - I endeavour to get your code to you in the fastest time possible - PLEASE MONITOR YOUR PAYPAL E-MAIL should I need to contact you for any reason. Once I submit the information to the LG unlock server I am unable to speed up the unlock process. WHAT IF MY CODE DOES NOT WORK ? - It will...but in the very unlikely event it does not an full refund will be given (but I will require video evidence of the unlock failure)

I HAVE TRIED TO UNLOCK MY PHONE WITH OTHER CODES AND FAILED - WILL THIS CODE WORK ? - As long as you have not attempted to unlock your phone by entering the incorrect code more than maximum times (normally 10)  then the answer is YES - But if you have reached the maximum number of attempts to unlock your phone with an incorrect code then you will have to take your handset to a phone shop to be unlocked via a hardware solution if one is available for your phone.

CAN THE CODE BE USED IN OTHER LG PHONES ? - Your code is UNIQUE to your handset and WILL NOT WORK in other handsets.

WHAT IF AM UNABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH YOUR CODE ? - If I am unable to provide you with your unique unlock code - you will be notified and refunded immediately this is known with a full explanation.

WILL MY CODE ENABLE THE USE OF MY PHONE ON ANOTHER NETWORK IF MY PHONE IS BLOCKED or BARRED ON ANOTHER ? - NO - This is an UNLOCK code not UNBLOCK code - enabling a phone to be used again after it has been blocked or barred is ILLEGAL and will not be undertaken nor any questioned answered on this matter.
