I am the freehold owner of this large Bar Restaurant
Hotel for the last 8 years.
I rented the bar for 4 years then ran it myself
for one year then my wife (who is
only38) then she had a stroke and we could not
manage.
When we were running the bar in 2007/08 we were
taking up to 35,000 euro per month
declared, books
to proove, the further income from the hotel of approx 1000 per month and then
the pool table and
cigerette machine was an extra 800 per month.
We are now looking for new tenants to take over,
we require one years
rent up front of just 36000 euro.
to sign a one year rental contract.
We require that the new tenants put electric water
and phone bills into their name.
We
require a inventory check to begin.
This is a straight forward rental deal
This is not a `TRASPASO` where at the end of the
contract it is down to you to resell the
bar. (The bar returns to me after inventory) Can
be rented out for the next 3 years too.
But
only as rent up front or to purchase the place.
I as owner will give every piece of help advice
that I can to make the business a success as it is in my
interest for the business to do well and hopefully
the tenants will be able to
purchase the whole place.
THE BAR IS OPEN AT THE MOMENT AND IS TRADING WELL IT HAS A GREAT REPUTATION AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE.
This advert is an advanced advert as the place has been successfully rented and
run for the last year. I am looking for new tenants to take over in Febuary
2012. The bar has been taking 26000 euro per month over the last year.
