Although every endeavour is made to ensure that the frame arrives in perfect condition occasionally, due to the heavy handedness of the couriers, the glass gets broken. If this occurs a pane of Perspex will be sent out free of charge as replacement.

Frames come complete with an MDF backing board which allows them to be hung (landscape or portrait).

Please be aware the size you purchase ie. 16" x 12" is the size of the item you wish to place in the frame and not the overall size of the frame.

All items are shrink wrapped to ensure the quality of the frame, they are then encased in bubble wrap prior to despatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
