We work hard to offer an excellent service to all our customers. Shipping

Fast dispatch offered as standard:

We post every working day. All items paid for before 2pm will be posted the same working day as paid for. Items paid for after 2pm will be posted the next working day.

Fair shipping costs:

We keep packaging costs to a minimum by only charging for the actual cost of the packaging/printing and the cost of the postal service offered. We do not seek to make any profit from postage; neither do we charge any fees for refund/return re-stocking.

Special Delivery:

If you wish to absolutely guarantee your package arriving the following working day, please choose the Special Delivery option for posting. This is a guaranteed service by the Royal Mail which ensures that the package arrives before 1pm the following working day, from working day posted. Items sent Special Delivery on a Friday will be guaranteed by the Royal Mail to arrive Monday ( ie.next working day).  It is possible to have an item sent on the Friday for Saturday delivery, but the Royal Mail charge an extra fee for this. Please contact us immediately after a Friday Special Delivery purchase to request an invoice for payment of this extra fee if you wish to have a Saturday delivery.

Please note that although 1st class Recorded items do generally arrive the following day – this is not in any way a guaranteed next day delivery service. We can only promise to post quickly and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the Royal Mail.  However, if an item does not arrive within a reasonable time period, please do contact us for advice, as we will be unaware of this situation.

Worldwide shipping offered:

We are able to ship items to anywhere in the world. If the option for your country is not included on the listing, then please contact us and we will add it to the listing.

Please note that, in the case of jackets and coats, if the worldwide shipping cost turns out to be less than a buyer has paid  (the full cost will only be known on weighing the final package), then any overpayment by the buyer will be refunded back via Paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a very fair Returns' Policy:

Please keep your packing slip until you are satisfied with your item. The packing slip contains information which enables us to locate your sale to deal quickly with both refunds and exchanges.

If you experience any type of problem with your purchase, please notify us immediately on receipt of the item and at latest, within 7 days of receipt.  We will very quickly reply with a solution.

Any item to be returned must be posted within 7 days of notifying us; must be in original inner-packaging and condition sent ie. unworn/unused with tags and labels attached (including any tag at centre back of dress, placed in middle of dress to prevent 'wear and return' practice ); these tags should not be removed until buyer has decided to keep the item.  Any item which, on inspection, has been clearly worn by the buyer or has tags missing, will not be refunded.

Refunds:

We check all items carefully prior to posting. However, in the unlikely event that a faulty item has been sent out - a full refund, including p&p will be offered. In all other instances ie. item does not fit/is unsuitable etc, then refunds will be minus the postage costs. Refunds will be processed on the same day that an item arrives back.

Please note that Paypal's procedure for making refunds is that they refund the payment back to wherever the original payment came from. If the original payment was made from a Paypal balance, the refund will show instantly; if the payment was made via a bank account, then Paypal will refund the money back to that account which can take several days.

Exchanges:

We are able to exchange items for a different size, where available. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the cost to send back the item and for the cost to send out the second item.

Refunds on 'free' p&p items:

Where items purchased have included “free p&p” within the original sale price – the standard p&p cost of £2.95  (for dresses) or £4.00 (coats and jackets) will be deducted from any refund made as these p&p costs are obviously non-recoverable once the item has been posted and therefore need to be deducted from any refund to the buyer.

Combined Purchases

All  'Buy it Now' items are listed for immediate Paypal payment. Listings are set up to allow combined purchases to be made.  For UK buyers, the cost is the original postage plus £1.50 for each additional item.  In order to have the postage discount added automatically, please put all items in the shopping cart and make one payment.  If you are unable to do this, please contact us after the sale to request the postage discount.

Payment

UK Buyers:

Auction items – to be paid for within 3 days of auction end by Paypal. If you wish to pay by uncrossed Postal Order, please contact us for details.

'Buy it Now' items - are listed for immediate payment by Paypal. We are also able to accept Postal Orders or cheques for payment. If you wish to pay by this method, please contact us prior to purchase in order that we can arrange this.

Buyers outside UK:

Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. We are unable to accept direct bank transfers under any circumstances.

Non-Payment:

All non-payments need to be notified to Ebay as part of their required procedures. If you purchase an item and have a problem making payment, this is not a problem but please do contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the situation so that we can cancel the transaction amicably.
