All items purchased via EBay must be paid for within five days, unless otherwise agreed with us. Any item not paid for within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a ‘non paid item’, which may result in a strike against your account.
PayPal is the preferred payment method, but we do accept cheque’s, postal orders and secure Debit/Credit card payments over the telephone during office hours. NB all card payment will only be processed by us to the delivery address specified in the original order.
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to determine if the product they are buying is suitable for the purpose of which it‘s use is intended and no liability can be passed to us for any loss or damage no matter however caused.

Non Personalised Products:
Returns are accepted only if the
item is returned within 7 days in its ORIGINAL condition, items that are
opened/used will be subject to a 15% re-packing/re-stocking fee, the return
postage MUST be paid by the buyer in full, it is not the Studio's responsibility
to arrange return shipping unless a mistake has been made on our part.

Because our

i.e. Names and
Dates Etc. we
cannot accept
returns unless a
spelling mistake
or any other
mistake is
caused by us. It
is the buyers
responsibility
to insure that
the correct
spelling of
personal names
and dates are
checked. If for
any reason there
is a spelling
mistake Please
contact The
Studio as soon
as possible.
