• We will not ship this item to Germany, Italy
• We will ship the item by Hong Kong Register Post. please offer your phone number when payment (phone number is very important).

 1.Please first email us your problem exactly  with your ebay id and item number, we will contact you within 1 working day through email or ebay message.

2.replace if there is some problem with our merchandise ,but return fee is not the responsibility for the seller ,However,If the item has not problem after checking by our QC, the buyer needs to pay for the shipping fee again.
