Delivery TimesWe offer Free Delivery on all UK orders. Our standard UK delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from when an order is placed. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, (except for Bank Holidays). All orders are delivered in the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class. Although this does not 'guarantee' a delivery time it has proven to be a very effective way of delivering our products. My Order Has Been Delayed, What Should I Do?In the unlikely event of non-delivery, please allow 14 days for UK orders before contacting us as we need to allow for any postal delays before we can arrange replacement products or a refund. Non-delivered orders from outside the UK will not be investigated until 28 days have elapsed. If your order has not arrived after 14 days (UK) of 28 days (Rest of World) please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@day2dayshop.com. Please Note: Although parcels are normally dispatched at the same time, parcels may not arrive at the same time. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting from the day after delivery. After notification we will Email you a Returns Form that must be returned with the goods you are returning. Return Proceduresa) How to return a product To return a product, please contact our Returns Centre by Emailing: customercare@day2dayshop.com quoting your Order Number and the product(s) that you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then Email you a Returns Form which should be printed off and placed in with the items for return. We may not accept returned products without a Returns Form. Incorrectly ordered or incorrectly supplied items must be returned to us unopened, unused and in original condition including original packaging and all accessories including any gift vouchers, free gifts etc. All items must be returned in good condition. Faulty products will replaced upon receipt of the faulty item unless authorized by us. b) How and when refunds are processed Refunds are processed within 30 days of order cancellation. A refund will only be given in the same form of payment originally used to make your purchase. d) How refunds are calculated Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Centre to check for completeness and correct product return.
