Correspondence

Dispatch Address

cannot amend the dispatch address once the order has been made. Please ensure
that you have entered the correct name and postal address when checking out

Return and Refund
In
accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, it is our policy that our
customers pay the cost of returning goods.
We reserve the right to charge the direct cost of any returned item (including
postage as applicable) if the customer fails to return the goods. If goods are faulty, or do not comply with
the original order (contract), we will refund the original payment as well as
return postage costs.

may return items within 7 days of receipt for refund (minus original postage),
or exchange.

returned goods MUST be in the
original packing with all tags still attached, free of any wear or tear.

the event of a return, please contact us through eBay for return authorisation. We prefer returns to be processed through the
eBay returns service. Please include all
details of the purchase, including eBay ID, address, purchase date, reason for
the return and a copy of any correspondence.

Return
postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty.
