1)       We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. Also for item that have a postage cost charged for shipping the item out, that amount will not be refunded as we have already paid that item for it to be shipped out. For items that have Free Post & Packaging charges, a deduction of 25% will be ducted for post and packaging charged from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment. EXAMPLE Item Cost £19.99 + free P&P, if item returned, £15.00 will only be refunded. £5.00 will be deucuted for postage and packaging.

2)       For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 14 days by e-mail through ebay only.We will then issue you with a FIT number for reference and that will should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items should be returned to us with 14 days at the buyers expense and upon receip we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that he item is faulty.

3)      If a wrong item is received, the item must ne returned to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage charges that are required to return the parcel to us. This is usually second class post. If a faster service or a more expensive method ot postage is used to return the item, we will only refund the minimum amount it would have cost to send the item back to us and not the actual price paid.
