Cosalt Monaco Super - Static Caravan

Here is my 'cosalt Monaco super' 37'x12' 1998 model in very good condition complete with double glazing and central heating, ramtech alarm system and multi point locking doors.

Recently refurbished, also comes complete with a huge elevated plot a full verander and gazebo, plus two sheds to the rear and also a shed built into the verander at the far end.

It is situated on the lido lesiure park in the historic town of knaresborough, which you can find the website by searching google to find out more about the site, of course the caravan can be moved to a destination of your choice if you choose, although included within the price is a full years ground rent until the 31st of December 2012

I am selling cheap as I'm looking for a quick sale as i came into some financial difficulty and was unable to pay the site fees, but will be paid for out of the sale proceeds. So i must push urgency as there is until the 26th feb to complete sale otherwise the caravan will be removed from the site on the 27th, if you are looking to relocate the caravan then this won't be a problem to you.
