Lille has a number of churches, so it may just be a composite image. The one which it most resembles seems to be the Église du Sacré-Cœur.

This was a supplement to the Christmas number of a periodical magazine "The Gentlewoman" which had been published 1899. It was by gracious permission from a portrait painted specially for "The Gentlewoman" by Lafayette. The silk sheet is 40cm x 25cm. Gentlewoman was a weekly illustrated paper for women founded in 1890 and published in London It was reframed some years ago and has faded and bent in a few places. Glorious on display
