Payment

Payment can be made via Paypal, Postal Order, Cheque or Cash on collection. Payment should be made within 7 days unless prior arrangements have been agreed.

If you are paying by cheque or postal order please let me know.

If there are any problems or you cannot make payment, out of politeness, please contact me. As long as you keep in contact and keep me informed I do not mind.

Shipping

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. I will not be held responsible if these are incorrect.

Items paid for by cheque will be posted once the cheque has cleared.

I am happy to combine postage on multiple wins, as a general rule it will be full price for the largest item and 1/2 price postage for additional items.

I post Worldwide but please make sure you are happy with the P&P before buying.

I cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times, please allow additional time for weekends, bank holidays or bad weather.

I aim to post twice a week on a Tuesday and Friday, if however you need an item urgently please contact me and I will help if I can. If there are any additional delivery instructions please contact me via Ebay messages. 

Terms of Sale

I try very hard to describe all items as accurately as possible. The photos play a large part of the description. Please read the description, look at the photos carefully and ask any questions before buying to avoid disappointment. However, I am only human and mistakes can be made. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase I will refund you in full except for the postage.

Turner's Emporium is a small friendly family run business that sell collectable and unusual items. I have a massive passion for what I buy and sell which include all types of jewellery, Tupperware, glass, retro and antiques.
