SHIPPING:

All items are very carefully and professionally packed and shipped UK & Worldwide using UK Royal Mail and must be paid in full (& payment cleared) prior to dispatch. "I will not be responsible for items lost in the post" As our post is collected from us in bulk by the Royal Mail we are unable to offer proof of postage !!! Tracking number is available only if the client purchase Recorded or Special delivery service form the postal options available for each listing.

Please note that the delivery within UK takes from 2 to 3 days for delivery. Optionally you can purchase a Special next day delivery and you will receive your item the next day until 1pm Guaranteed. Items arrive usually up to 10 days for the rest of the world, but please note that delivery is up to Royal Mail.

Items being shipped to an overseas address are posted Airmail.

These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt.
Price of postage does not just include P&P, this includes the packaging material. I will accept returns if you are not 100% happy with your items but I will only offer a refund on the actual price of the item and NOT the postage and packaging charges that are 0.89 p. You will also have to pay to return the item yourself.

Returns for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
