POSTAGE - I aim to dispatch within 5 working days of payment. This is due to allow time for safe packaging around other commitments. Please be aware of this before buying. Any problem please contact me. I will disclose any faults I know of in the listing but please check photos carefully to see condition. The postage costs allow for price fluctuation from time of listing to time of sale and can be combined if purchasing more then one item at the same time from us. The pricing for postage also include fees and packaging costs, peanuts, bubble wrap, boxes. We do try to recycle but also use new.
PAYMENT - Please makes prompt payment so we can get it posted to you timely.
DELIVERY - I would expect delivery to be with you 3 to 5 days after postage , please allow more time if buying through global shipping . We will use a faster postage if the costs are acceptable but we are restricted to services that are door to door as we live rural
PROBLEMS - If something goes wrong (which does happen occasionally, we are not all perfect) be it our fault or delivery company fault. We look to make our customers happy. Please allow us time to respond to questions or queries. We have other jobs and family commitments and get offended when people don’t allow us time to investigate or try to put things right.
