Returns Policy

- We are happy to replace or have the item repaired which is found to be DOA (Dead on Arrival) or develops a fault within warranty period.
- Warranty will not cover accidental damage, liquid spill, cracks, tempered. Any repair attempts will invalidate the warranty.
- Warranty will be void if the serial number of the item does not match our database.
- Item must be returned in their original packaging and accessories including ebay id and item number.
ITEM DOA OR FOUND FAULTY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF BEING RECEIVED
- We will collect and replace the item on our own expense.
- We will only issue refund including P&P charges if the exact replacement is unavailable.
- If the buyer wishes for refund albeit replacement is available, P&P charges will not be refunded in any circumstances.
