Timescales - We aim to deliver within a maximum 21 days within the UK and 45 days for continental Europe. If you have a special requirement please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery - Our couriers use a 'one man kerbside' service. The driver will gladly provide 10 minutes of extra assistance to ensure the item is safely deposited on the ground floor of the property but may also require additional assistance if the item is bulky and/or heavy. Items in transit are blanket wrapped and securely tied for protection. Our delivery schedules are planned 4-5 days in advance and we endeavour to contact clients as soon as we can give estimated dates. When making a purchase please provide us with up to date contact telephone numbers and address.

Exceptional circumstances - In exceptional circumstances we may not be able to complete the transaction within the timescales or guide prices above. If this is the case we will agree this with in advance.  Although we hope it will not be necessary,  you also can reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
