We will do our best to ensure that each order is shipped in the time listed. However, shipping and handling can take longer in some instances, therefore we will not issue refunds based solely on a longer than expected delivery date! We do everything possible to package our products properly and safely to help avoid shipping damage, however, shipping damage is still a possibility.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund in you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge we have incurred in getting the item to you. It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. Bidding
